Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Recipe360 is developed by Sebastián Arango Uribe and licensed and sold by Pulso 360 S.A.S., NIT 902079332-2, domiciled in Bogotá, Colombia (“Pulso360”, “we”). These terms govern the Recipe360 software, its licence keys and its subscriptions. By subscribing, activating a licence key or using Recipe360, you (“the customer”) accept them. If you accept them for a company or another organisation, you confirm that you may bind it. The Pulso360 assistant has its own terms at pulso360.ai/terminos.

2. What Recipe360 is

Recipe360 is software you install on your own computer. It runs data workflows, called recipes, that you define and approve, and your AI agent (for example Claude or Codex) runs them through Recipe360. It reads your data files on your computer, computes every step there and leaves the results and a record of each run there. Pulso360 does not receive, store or process your data files, recipes, results, run records or your conversations with your agent.

Your AI agent is a separate product, chosen and contracted by you; its provider's terms and privacy policy apply to it.

3. Your licence

While your subscription is paid, Pulso360 grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, without the right to sublicense, to install and use Recipe360 for your own purposes on the number of computers your plan covers: 1 computer on the Monthly and Annual plans; on a Custom plan, what is agreed in writing. Recipe360 is licensed, not sold. You may not:

• share your licence key, or use one subscription on more computers than it covers;
• work around, disable or alter the licence checks, or decompile or reverse-engineer Recipe360, except where the law allows it despite this term;
• resell, rent or sublicense Recipe360, or offer it to others as a service;
• remove notices of ownership from Recipe360 or its documentation.

The example included with Recipe360 runs without a licence, on its own invented data, so you can try it.

4. Licence keys and activation

After you pay, your licence key arrives by e-mail. Keep it private: anyone with it could use your subscription. Activating a computer sends us only the licence key, a random installation id made on that computer, a one-way fingerprint of the computer (never the identifier it comes from), the computer's name, and the Recipe360 version and operating system. The activation belongs to that computer: a copy of it on another computer is not activated. The activation is valid until the end of the paid period plus 7 days of grace, and renews itself while your subscription is paid. To move Recipe360 to another computer, run recipe360 deactivate on the old one first, or ask us. We may suspend a key that is shared or misused, after telling you.

5. Plans, prices and payment

The plans and prices are shown at recipe.pulso360.ai: Monthly, USD 5 a month; Annual, USD 45 a year; Custom, as agreed in writing. Prices are in US dollars; any tax the law requires is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Treli and Wompi; your card details go to them and never reach Pulso360 or Recipe360. You receive a receipt for each payment, and Pulso360 issues invoices as Colombian law requires.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, monthly or yearly, and is charged to the payment method you gave, until you cancel. If we change a price, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies; the new price applies from your next renewal after that, and you may cancel before it.

6. Free trial

When a plan is offered with a free trial, you give a payment card when you sign up and nothing is charged during the trial. We e-mail you a reminder the day before the trial ends. When it ends, the plan you chose starts and your card is charged its price. To avoid that charge, cancel before the trial ends, with the cancel link in our e-mails. One free trial per customer.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time with the cancel link in the e-mails we send you, or by writing to sebastian.arango.uribe@pulso360.ai. Cancelling stops future charges; Recipe360 keeps working until the end of the period already paid. If a renewal cannot be charged, our payment provider retries it; Recipe360 keeps working until the end of the paid period plus 7 days, and then stops running recipes until the subscription is paid again. Your recipes, results and records stay on your computer and remain readable.

8. 14-day money-back guarantee

If Recipe360 is not right for you, write to sebastian.arango.uribe@pulso360.ai within 14 calendar days of your first payment and we refund it in full, to the payment method you used, and end the licence. Later renewals are not refunded, except where the law requires it. This guarantee does not limit the rights the law gives you: in Colombia, the right of withdrawal (derecho de retracto) of Law 1480 of 2011, and in the European Union, the right of withdrawal from distance contracts.

9. Your recipes, your data and your decisions

You decide the rules of each recipe and approve them before it runs; Recipe360 applies them exactly, every time. You are responsible for checking that a recipe's rules match your process, for the data you give it, and for the decisions you take with its results. You must have the right to use the data you process, and when it is about people, you are responsible for it as its data controller under the law that applies to you. AI agents can make mistakes in what they write; review what they tell you. Recipe360 is not legal, accounting, tax, medical or financial advice.

10. Acceptable use

Do not use Recipe360 for anything unlawful, to infringe the rights of others, or to attack, overload or get around the security of the licence service, the downloads or the website.

11. Updates and support

New versions are published at recipe.pulso360.ai and you may install them at any time. We may change or retire features; if a change substantially reduces what you pay for, we tell you in advance and you may cancel. Support is by e-mail at sebastian.arango.uribe@pulso360.ai, on business days in Colombia.

12. Ownership

Recipe360, its documentation, its example and its brand belong to their owners: Sebastián Arango Uribe and Pulso360. Your data, your recipes and your results are yours; we acquire no rights over them. If you send us suggestions, we may use them freely.

13. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process and why. It is part of these terms.

14. Warranty and liability

We provide Recipe360 with professional care, and it works substantially as its documentation describes. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, it is provided as it is, without other warranties. Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and as far as the law allows, Pulso360's total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Recipe360 in the 12 months before the event that caused it, and neither party is liable for indirect damages such as lost profits.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end a licence that breaks these terms (for example a shared key or a circumvented licence check), telling you first when that is reasonable. You may stop using Recipe360 and cancel at any time. When a licence ends, Recipe360 stops running recipes; what is on your computer stays yours.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We tell you of significant changes by e-mail or on this page at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not accept them, you may cancel before they apply.

17. Law, disputes and language

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, and disputes go to the competent courts of Bogotá, without taking away any protection that the law of your country of residence gives you as a consumer and that cannot be waived. These terms exist in English and Spanish; if they differ, the Spanish version prevails, unless the law that applies to you requires otherwise.
