Privacy Policy
In short
- Your data files, recipes, results and run records never leave your computer. We never see them.
- We process only what we need to sell you the subscription and check your licence: your name and e-mail, your payments (through Treli and Wompi; we never see your card), and the activations of your licence.
- We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models.
1. Who is responsible
Pulso 360 S.A.S., NIT 902079332-2, domiciled in Bogotá, Colombia, is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact for privacy: sebastian.arango.uribe@pulso360.ai. This policy covers Recipe360; the Pulso360 assistant has its own policy at pulso360.ai/privacidad.
2. What Recipe360 never collects
Recipe360 runs on your computer. Your data files, your recipes, their results, the run records and your conversations with your AI agent stay there and are never sent to Pulso360. Your AI agent (for example Claude or Codex) is a separate service: what you share with it is governed by its provider's privacy policy.
3. What we process, and why
| Data | Where it comes from | What for |
|---|---|---|
| Name, e-mail, country and the billing details you give at checkout; your subscription, its payments and its status | You, through Treli's checkout | To issue your licence, send you its key and reminders (such as the end of a free trial), renew it, give support, invoice, and meet our legal obligations |
| Card or payment method details | You, directly to Treli and Wompi | Processed only by them to charge you; Pulso360 never receives them |
| Licence key, a random installation id, a one-way fingerprint of the computer, the computer's name, the Recipe360 version and operating system, and the dates of activation and renewal | Recipe360, when you activate a computer and when the activation renews | To check the licence, limit it to the computers it covers, and prevent misuse |
| A one-way fingerprint of your e-mail address and of your card's brand, last four digits and expiry | Treli, when you start a free trial | To give one free trial per customer; neither the address nor the card can be read back from it |
| The e-mails you exchange with us | You | To answer you and keep a record of what was agreed |
| Technical logs of the website and the licence service (IP address, browser, time of the request) | Your browser and Recipe360 | To keep them secure and working |
The website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. The installer downloads uv, an open-source tool by Astral, from Astral's servers.
4. On what basis
We process these data to perform the contract you enter into when you subscribe, to meet legal obligations (such as invoicing and accounting), and in our legitimate interest in keeping the licences and the service secure. In Colombia, we treat them under Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, with the authorization you give when you subscribe. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the bases are articles 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) of the GDPR.
5. Who we share them with
Only with the providers that help us run Recipe360, under contract and only for that purpose:
- Treli and Wompi (Colombia): checkout, subscriptions and payments.
- Microsoft: the e-mail account from which we send your licence key and reminders.
- Netlify and Cloudflare: hosting of the website and secure connection to the licence service.
- Our server provider, where the licence service runs.
Some of them process data outside Colombia, for example in the United States or the European Union, with the safeguards the law requires. We also share data when the law or an authority requires it. We do not sell personal data.
6. How long we keep them
- Subscription and payment records: while your subscription lasts, and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax law require (in Colombia, up to 10 years).
- Licence activations: while the licence exists, and up to 12 months after it ends.
- Technical logs: a few weeks, unless needed to investigate an incident.
7. Security
Licence keys are stored only as a one-way fingerprint (a hash). The key that signs licences never leaves our server. Access to the licence service is limited to the people who run it.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to show you your personal data, correct, update or delete it, tell you how we use it, and, where the law allows, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy of it, or revoke your authorization. Write to sebastian.arango.uribe@pulso360.ai. In Colombia we answer queries within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days, as Law 1581 of 2012 sets, and you may complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. In the European Union and the United Kingdom you may complain to your data protection authority. Deleting the data needed for an active subscription means ending it.
9. Children
Recipe360 is for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from people under 18.
10. Changes
If we change this policy in a significant way, we tell you by e-mail or on this page before the change applies.
